This is an example of a page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and appear in your site’s navigation bar (in most themes). Most people start with an introduction page, usually called an “About” page, to introduce potential site visitors. It might be something like this:
Hello! I’m a mailman by day, an aspiring artist by the rest of the day, and this is my website. I live in the West End, have a cute cat named Frozen, love woodworking, and am interested in carvings and ornaments (and interests you might find interesting here and there).
…or something like this:
XYZ Company was founded in 1971 and has provided many quality products to the public ever since. Headquartered in London, XYZ Company employs over 2,000 people and does many wonderful things for the community.
As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages appropriate for your content. Enjoy!
